Terms of Use

Welcome to Flash Review LLC (“App”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our App, and by accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

1. Violating Laws and Rights: You may not (a) use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law, (b) violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.
2. Harmful Conduct: You may not (a) upload or distribute any viruses, malware, or other harmful software, (b) interfere with the operation of the App or any user’s enjoyment of the App, including harassment, threats, or defamation.
3. Spam and Fraud: You may not use the App to send unsolicited communications, advertisements, or promotions, or engage in phishing, fraud, or other similar activities.

Intellectual Property

1. Ownership: The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Flash Review LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
2. License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App, except as explicitly allowed by these Terms.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

1. No Warranty: The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
2. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Flash Review LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App, (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein, (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App, and (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party.
